W211 E500, can I put 245/24 ZR18's on this car ?

Mercedes E500 2005
W211 E500, can I put 245/24 ZR18's on this car ?
Hello all,

I just joined the group. Thanks very much for all this great information. I recently purchased a very nice 2005 E500 as a daily driver. I'd like to upgrade the wheels and tires from the factory 245/24 R17's.

I have a set of 245/24 ZR 17's that are takeoffs from my Jaguar XKR. Is this too tall a tire for this car ???

Thanks in advance for any information, I'm quite new to the forum and just learning my way around so I apologize if this has been asked or posted elsewhere.
