Front Brakes replaced

I completed my brakes on Saturday ...pretty easy , but I wish I know some stuff going in .. a 1.5 job took 4 hours due to traveling to Autoparts store and Sears

SO here are the facts for anyone who wants to do there own

Parts needed
Rotors
Sensors(2)
Pads (I used ATE)
Screws that hold rotor to axle

7 mm size caliper wrench
threadlock liquid - Blue - Permatex

torque wrench

Caliper bolts - 18 pounds
Bolts to steering knuckle - 85 pounds - use threadlock
lug nuts 81 ft/lbs

1.5 hours

total cost $ 160

This is my first post on this forum
I have a 2002 E320 with 17450 miles on it

that Mercedes brake parts aren't very expensive for most models.

Your information is complete. But I was just wondering about the milelage, 17450miles and you needed to replace the front pads? Or did you do it to reduce the brake dust?
