Need Help: S-class wheels on E-class

Hey guys, I have been wanting to upgrade the 18" Sport Package wheels on my E550 4MATIC to the 18" AMG wheels found on the AMG Sport package---but those wheels are a b**** to find non-staggered. So I found a cool OEM set of AMG wheels from a W220 that I want to put on my W211.

Wheel size: 18x8.5" ET44
Wheel part number: AMG B66031240
Alloy part number: A2204013602

According to the owner's manual, any 18x8.5 will fit, but...Question is: what is the recommended offset of my car, and will I need spacers, etc? If so, what size spacers will I need?

In addition, any opinion as to if this will even look good on a W211.

Thanks

depends on the weather
S-class wheels carry a higher offset than the W211 uses
