Mandrus wheels and TPMS sensor question

I just got a set of Mandrus wheels. 22" Stutgard..

I see there is a separate plug for the TPMS. This plug is located in the back Lip behind the face of the wheel. The Valve stem is somewhat of a special type that has an almost 90 degree bend to it.

Do I mount the TPMS senor to the Plug? or do I just mount another valve stem with TPMS sensor on it.. then it will have 2 valve stem?

Please advise... thanks in advance.
