Rear brake clicking squealing

i have the an issue, mine started last week when i went to look at some 19 inch rims, I used the lug nuts that the guy said he used on his benz. But when I test drove my car with the rims on it i heard a clicking popping sound. When I took the tires back off my car started making a squealing rubbing sound as if the pads are rubbing the rotor after 5 mins. of driving. It does it off and on, Ive notice the pads are touching. So Im sure it was from the lug nuts. Any ideas would be great.
