Tires & tires performance
Among these :
1.- P-zero Rosso
2.- Continental
3.- Michelin Pilot Sport
4.- Yokohama
My car is a slk32amg stock
245/40 17
225/45 17

Very dry conditions. I live in Santiago - Chile . These are available here.

from what i hear, pirelli & yoko max performance tires have poor treadwear... (my yoko AVS sports only have 180 treadwear).

Pilot sports are great tires, but a little expensive.

what kind of continentals are you considering?
