Can someone adequately describe how this finish looks compared to a standard finsih? I haven't seen them in person and frompics I can only tell they look a bit darker. I'm not sure if I can see some locally or not.
Is it like the M5 wheel in appearance?
I'm specifically looking at the 1/6 and 2/6 models.

Thanks.

No, it is NOT like the M5 wheels finish. Diamond edition is actually like the Brabus Monoblock 4 finish. Its kind of shiny, but not chrome. There is no paint on the wheel. They diamond cut it & make it shiny. Hope this helps.

Diamond edition is not available on multi-piece wheels. 1/6 and 2/6 are not available anymore.

actually the 2/6 wheels i saw say "brilliant finish". the outer lip is polished. but the center part looks like diamond. you said multi-piece not diamond, but is the center of wheel and spokes similar looking to diamond finish?

Diamond cut is just machined wheel with clear coat, no paint.

I've been waiting for 7 weeks to get 2 carlsson 1/5 diamond cut, they are hard to get, long story.

No, the center piece of the Brilliant edition is just like regular silver paint finish. It is NOT diamond. As I've said, Diamond finish does not exist on ANY 2-pc wheels. The outer lip of the brilliant finish is polished, very much like chrome.
