I have a 2009 ML 350! My brake wear light came on so I changed my brake pads in the front and back and also changed the sensors too! My brake wear warning message still comes on now and then. After I changed the pads I noticed that the old pads where only half-way worn and still good. I thought maybe it was the old sensor but I guess not. Anyone know what could be wrong and why my brake pad wear warning is still coming on now and then?

check the wear sensors to confirm that the connection is good ... an intermittent wear warning light is typically a bad connection
