1998 E 430
W 210 Wheel upgrade

I am interested in putting AMG monoblock II's on my 1998 E 430 (W210). I see there are 17 x 7.5 front (PN B66020083)and 17 x 8.5 rear (PN B66020085) set from a 1999 C43 (W202), which I would prefer, as it would provide a little softer ride, and there are also 18 x 8 front (PN WA1294010102)and 18 x 9 rear (PN WA2104010202) from a 1999 E 55. According to a fitment guide I am looking at, all vehicles involved have a 35 to 38 mm offset, 5 x 112 bolt pattern, and 66.6 bore. I would take it that either set of wheels would fit my car, but I would like someone to chime in and confirm that. I spoke with allfactorywheels.com and while they claim it should fit they will make no guarantee to that. So, if anyone has done this swap, knows someone that has, or understands the process of fitting wheels, please advise that this swap will work.
Thank you,
Kurt
