Help with rims?

Sorry for the double post in two sections but I wanted to get as much exposure as possible.

Soon after Bought my 97 E420 I brought it home and put it on the lift to see what the vibration could be, the PO spent around $5k on these chrome AMG Rims although they look very nice... They are also very bent/warped. So much I made a video of the two worst.. I would love to post them but they are too large I guess.

Hopefully I'm in the right area for my question, My stock rim spare in the trunk has stamps reading;
98-97
7 1/2 J x 16 H2 ET41

will 8Jx16H2 Fit without rubbing. Planning on using 235's-16" on them

worried about back spacing.

Rich, more than likely, yes it will work. What is the offset of the 8" wide wheel? easiest way to tell for sure is to throw it on there and check it out!
