CLK 55

Tire size question

Would it be ok to run 225/40-18 front and 265/35-18 rear on a 2001 CLK 55? I currently have 235/40-18 and 265/35-18 which is good, but the tire I'm thinking of getting only comes in 225/40-18 for the front. Oh and my wheels are AMG Monoblocks in 18x8 and 18x9.

hey Saif, long time no see. What kind of tire is it? 225/40 will give u less side wall in the front = harder ride in the city.

What's up Ali? How's Ramadhan with you?

The tires I want are the BF Goodrich g-Force T/A KD.
I can live with a slightly harder ride in the front, however any other handling issues or speedometer issues that you know of?
