If Any Car Had Perfect Alignment
Would it be necessary to rotate the tires?
And does alignment eventually just get un-aligned over the course of driving around?

depends on the weather
yes and no ..... while the tires would not need to be rotated if the car was perfect ..... the car can not be perfect because the front tires turn and the rear tires drive the car and suspension compresses while driving ... there are just to many variables ..... and impacts (i.e. potholes, road debris, etc.) and component wear will cause a car to come out of alignment
