I have p7000 265/30/19 and my rim is maya st5 with a 32 offset and my question was on the side of the tire all around the tire it is cutting into my tire.. People say that i have a round tire so that could be possibly why? do you think thats true? do you have any suggestions on a tire that would be good so it wouldnt rub? like a squarish tire maybe? or one with a lesser side wall?

You have it the other way round....P7000 has a squared sidewall, thats why you are having rubbing problems. You need tires with a more rounded sidewall, e.g. SP9000 or T1-S, hopefully to solve your problem.
