Offset on a 1980 300td and will rims from an e420 fit?

As per the title. I have the stock rims off of an c420 sedan I had the recent misfortune of wrecking will they fit my old 300td? what is the stock rim offset? and Can I go up to larger (I have a set of 18" rims too). The insurance is taking way too long to come up with a value. I know the 300td is a little strange to be puting rims on but hey I need to use the tires and will never get the value out of the rims and new tires I had on them. I know the bolt patterns match but the offset is what I am worried about.

Any help is apreciated.
Adam

Look for a v8 conversion soon to the td (tired of getting raped by insurance and would like to do something diferent).
