'04 e500 need snows/recommendation
My car is equipped with appearance (sport package) as well as tpms.
Do I go for 17" dunlop snows on current wheels, or buy 16" wheels and tires for winter? I am in NY area.
Also, are there issues with brakes, suspension, tpms or anything else that would prevent me from changing to 16" for winter?
I am under the impression that narrower tires will handle better in the snow. Is this correct?
Any other help would be great. Thanks.

depends on the weather
I would get 17" tires to go on the existing wheels to eliminate the cost of a new set of sensors for the 16" wheels ....
