changing front tire on 2006 c230 -stuck
I am trying to change the front tire on my 2006 c230 and it will not come off at all. tried kicking the tire, don't have 2x4 -or a rubber hammer. I am on a country road, little light, girlfriend freaking out. any advice, please?

may be corroded to the hub.
idea - be VERY careful...
loosen lug bolts a little but do not remove
drive forward/back in rocking motion....even turning quickly one side to other
...but do this all at parking lot speed. hoping this may put a little pressure
and break loose the wheel from the hub. if you feel or hear anything unusual,
STOP.
if you have brought in your car to MB dealer within last year, you may have
qualify for road service via their toll free number 1-800-FOR-MERCEDES (1-800-367-6372)
if you're near seattle, i'll come with a floor jack and a deadblow hammer.

Thank you, the "brake wear" warning light came on a few days ago and I noticed a rubbing sound as I am turning the car at very low speeds. I was going to have the brakes looked at tomorrow...not this happens. thanks for the advice, I appreciate it
