Repairable?
After many DIY jobs done last week, I took a drive and got a flat tire on yesterday (rainy night).

I noticed the flat and returned home (about 2 miles) and parked and left it. I took out the tire today morning. The puncture was on inner edge. Because sitting for 12 hours, shape of tire had deformed. See attached photos.

06 E350 4matic wagon - Kumho 245/45R-17, Front passenger side tire.
