Spacer/Bolt Group Buy

Would any SPONSORS be willing to give a discount price on spacers and bolts? Would any members be interested? This is a minor item that makes a nice aesthetic difference esp on the C-coupe, but I can't recall there every being a GB for them. Also, if anyone has spacers could you post a pic of the difference? Thanks!

Young posted a great comparison between my 20mm spacers/C7 rims and his w/out spacers - go over to csportcoupe, in the non-performance section.

You bring up a good point...how do you petition sponsors...are they supposed to respond to this post. Personally, I think the ban on group buys that aren't ran by sponsors stinks...flat out. They are paying for advertising, not buyer loyalty. But that's another topic, and another thread.

I'm interested...if this ever gets off the ground.

Im with the other guy here, pick your battles(group buys) you can easily get a pair of 15-20mm spacers with matching lugs for around $100. Save the group buys for things like wheels, suspension, xenons, etc..

If you don't like the group buy, don't participate, and stop cluttering the thread. Cheap? Maybe. Why is it of your concern?

Also, autoclass' spacers alone are 87 shipped. Need bolts as well. What wrong with saving money?

Heres the problem cheapo. If you know anything about business, you will know that low priced items such as spacers do not have much mark up to begin with. What do you expect to get from doing a group buy? $5 off shipping? Whatever floats your boat. Can we get a group buy going on the polarg city lights?
The $10 is too much on ebay

Sorry, but standard markup is 50-100% even on $1 items. On my other forum we had group buys on $40 lights...we got them for $25 shipped. So we saved about $20...did it change our lives? No. But I'd rather have the $20 then throw it away.

By the way, those $1 Stores...how much do you think they make, a penny every dollar? I don't think so...they pay under $0.10 per item and resell for $1.
