Tire pressure question for Luke

Just got 4 Michelin Pilot Sport (245/45/18 ZR speed) that I'm going to install to my '03 MB S430. Would you please tell me what the pressure should be for these tires, front and rear for my car? Thank you in advance.

Luke, could you answer a similar question for me? I have Yokohama ES1000's on my E500 with Moven 18's. What PSI should I have on the front and back? Thanks.
