Luke, I have a 2000 ML320, and i wanted to lower it... i went to your website, tirerack, and it says there are a bunch of diiferent springs from h&r...flat and round... i didnt know which ones i needed so i called tirerack and spoke with both a Doug and Henry...both of them told me i had to go get my wheel removed and the shock removed, to take a look at which spring end would fit... is this true? any ideas or suggestions...they even told me the eibachs wouldnt fit for this same reason.

you do not need to remove anything to determine which spring you need ...... at the top of the spring and the bottom of the spring (where the spring ends) is the wire grinded flat or is it round like the rest of the spring ..... just crawl under the truck and look at the spring ends

i wanted to get the eibachs but they only offer round ones...should i avoid them if my springs are flat? and can i order from you directly?thanks luke youre the best.
