Will these Lorinser's fit on my CLK320?

I have a 2001 CLK320 with stock wheels right now. I have someone who is selling a set of Lorinser D93 17x8 rims with the 5x112 bolt pattern. The part number's on the rims are: # D93 80175 44 8JX17H2 ET44. I'm not sure, and I don't know what it means even if I was sure, but I think the ET44 at the end is the offset. Does anyone know if these rims would fit my car, or if any modification needs to, or could be done to make them fit? If they will fit, what size tires do I need to get on the 17's? Also, I see that most of the upgraded rims are an inch wider in the rear than the front. The set I'm looking at are both 17x8, is this a problem?

Thanks.

Well, I found out from Lorinser that I just need mounting kits to fit properly. I still would like to know what size front/rear tires I need for the 17x8 rims, and if I need to make any suspension changes.

Thanks.
