44mm offset what size spacer W208

44mm offset what size spacer W208
I have an '01 CLK430 (W208). I just got wheels in 19x8.5 (all 4). The offset is 44mm.
Will theses wheels bolt directly on or will I need to buy spacers? If so, what size spacers should I buy? Would 10mm in the front and 15mm in the back be sufficient? Should I or could I go with larger spacers? Maybe 20mm in the rear? Are H&R spacers the best?
Also, these wheels came with 245/35/19 tires. Will these fit or do I need to change the front to 235/35/19? Could I get the front tires (245/35/19) and wheels to fit using a certain size spacer?
You guys have been awsome when it comes to recommendations in the past, thanks! Any information is greatly appreciated.
