pirelli winter ice in FL summer?

pirelli winter ice in FL summer?
there's a guy selling a set of rims with Pirelli Winter Ice tires on them...but im in orlando and these winter tires would be pointless. i have a w208 clk320. does anyone know how these would handle in the summer. actually there's never any snow period...but wouldnt wanna waste them and it wouldnt any sense money wise. goodyear eagle rs-a came with the car and are nearing their end

98 clk320. i drive pretty normal/easy except for a few adventures now and then and only really really crazy/stupid stuff (to me) will cause the current tires to lose it. if im at the front of a stop light i always hit it. right now the wheels spin only slightly when i take off but its enough for asr to cut the power for 1/2 second. no big deal or anything though, i usually find a way around it. when i turn asr off it still moves and doesnt go outta control or anything. it's actually faster than with asr on.
i just want similar performance, nothing too crazy...if they sit there and spin out at a stop light then it'd be annoying
