Luke or anybody...Please help

My uncle has W201 190E. Currently, he has the stock 15" wheels and tires on his car. He was offered by his friend a set of 16" W203 stock wheels and tires. Now, the question are :
1. Are those wheels gonna fit prefectly without any spacer?
2. If yes for #1, does he have to p urchase a new bolts or he can use the old bolts?
3. Is there anything that he should change for fitting this wheels and tires?

depends on the weather

wheels will fit .... tires won't .... lughardware is the same
