is there any difference in air pressure suggestions betweeb 17' and 18's - I have 18's now an i am not sure i have the right airpressure.

Check and search the tire forum for more on this. But I believe that Luke from the tirerack suggests to start out with the OEM recommended pressure. You can always adjust it afterwards. I know that FrankW on here had some issues with treadwear on his rears, center, even so he was running them below OEM.
