Should be no issue...the offsets are a bit aggressive, but if you are running the factory size recommended tires, they will stretch a little on the 8.5/9.5 rounding the shoulders a bit, use the Michelin and it won't look so laid over on the side walls.
I have run an 8.5 ET45 and 9.5 ET50 with the factory Conti run flats for a while, no issues, and then switched back to the stock AMG wheels with spacers.
Like a said, it is a bit aggressive, but should function and look ok.

Probably going to be too short. The factory recommended tire is 225/40-19 and 255/35-19.
If the car is a 4MATIC, you will for sure want to run the factory tires. If it is a rwd only, you can play with tires, but again the wider the tire, the more aggressive it will be to the fenders.
When I did the 8.5/9.5 set up on my car it rounded the tire shoulders allowing no rubbing issues. Again I was running a 45/50, you want to do a 42/45 I believe which is going to most likely sit pretty aggressive. If it is a 4matic, don't play with it, but if it is a rwd then you can play with it to see what fits and works best.
