Wheel and Tire Question for CLK W209

I am planning to get HRE 841R wheels of sizes 19' x 8.5' for front and 19' x 10' for rear. Will 19' x 10' wheels for the rear have rubbing issues? Also what tire and tire sizes would be recommended? I prioritize handling and comfortability when driving. I live in California so no snow problem . Min e is a CLK 320 W209. Thanks for the help.

i have heard that 9.5 and 10" will not make a difference in lip size on an HRE wheel for the W209 if that is of any concern.

You should get 19x8.5/19x9.5. There's no point to get a 19x10 for your car. With 19" wheels, you wont get much comfort out of it. As for tire sizes, 235/35/19 and 265/30/19.

well tires are personally your choice. What ever you feel that will give you the best performance. I currently have perelli's P7000 on and they are fine for me. As for HRE's the customize the fitting on to your car. You can tell them you want a 4in lip for you and the can somehow make it fit for your car, (but that would be kinda hard). Ususally you can ask the sales rep at HRE and they can also recommend you some good tires.
