Continental tires, poor customer service

Continental tires, poor customer service
New gla45 owner. The car was used, but great shape. Come time to put my winter rims/tire I noticed my oem rims/tires(original) were severely cracked.

I called Continental Canada toll free who says they can’t help me and that they don’t back their products essentially. These were made on 2114, so not old.

Anyone with advice?
