CLK wheels = S wheels?

Can wheels from a 2001 MB CLK be swapped with a 2001 S430?
specs: 19x8F and 19x10R ET35

No - not on a 10" wheel. Yes on a 7.5" or 8" or 8.5" or 9.0" with 35mm offset.
