What are the differences between Turanza H and Turanza Z?
When the same tire is available in different speed ratings,
where beneath the surface is the difference? Is it a difference you can feel?

depends on the weather
the construction materials and processes used to make a "Z" rated tire differs from "H" rated tires and offers better steering response and feel for improved handling, less tire flexing and also the tread compound tends to be more grippy which leads to faster wear.
