Exclamation Monoblock V shakes, hubcentric spacers??

I just put on Monoblock Vs w/ Falkens on my C-coupe. They've been balanced a couple times, but there's still some vibrabtion at higher speeds. My tire shop says the rims and tires are fine and so is the balance. They tell me I need hubcentric rings? Are these the same as hubcentric spacers? Also, Brabus said I should be running 5mm hubcentrics in the front, can this be right? What about the brakes? Lastly, where can I find hubcentric rings? Thanks!

depends on the weather
