Are Nokian the best winter tires for northern conditions?
Hello gents

I'd like to ask is this truth that the Nokian tires possess the best qualities to be used at low temperatures. I will need a set of tires soon to travel around Canada,Yukon in particular, so I'm doing my research now. Also I'm thinking on buying the used ones. Is it reasonable? Or can be dangerous given the winter roads conditions.
