Lug Question

Last evening on my way to the casino i had an issue and i pulled over. Somehow my lugnuts sheared off and only one was holding on my aftermarket wheels (Zenetti Milano's 17 x 8) Seeing as in there was no possible was to fix it I opted to call a flat bed. it was put on the flat bed where the last lug finally snapped. This brings me to have two questions.
Are there forged lug nuts? If so where could i possibly get them?
and
Who should i contact in order to get my wheels remaned because it looked like the rotor and the wheel had some contact and I really like my wheels.
Thanks
Zito

depends on the weather
did your after market wheels come with new hardware or was the OE hardware re-used ... if the OE hardware was re-used do your after market wheels have ball-seat for the lugs or a cone seat (like almost all aftermarket wheels) ????

..... you should be able to get replacement lugs from the place where you got the wheels or, if all else fails, your local MB dealership

the Titan does not come in chrome

The lugs were replaced by lugs that came with them, They were cone seat-ed.

Also is there a company that you can recommend to rechrome my wheels and fix the one that had this incident?
