Question Rim bent and run flat damage

I have two suspicious original rims for my 91 350 SD. One was damaged in a side accident and then straightened and the other was just recently run some distance to get off the freeway while the tire was flat. The one that was run while flat does not look too scraped or scratched. The one that was bent and straightened had been kept as the spare. How do I judge which rim, if any, is good enough to leave on the axles? Can a tire repair shop tell anything about the condition of these rims?

The previous tires were Michelin Pilot XGT H4 P205/65 R15 92H. This is the correct size for the car. I was not satisfied with the handling or tracking of the car with these tires. Do you have a tire suggestion?

This car is occasionally driven at over 100 mph.

Thanks, Richard
