I'm about to get my Alphard wheels refinished and a thought just occurred to me, what color are the pockets painted? I believe the face is machined, but the pockets painted. My SL is Brilliant Silver (744), I'm considering specifying that color. Any thoughts or advice?

Sean, What did you decide to do for color? Did you have the wheels powder coated one color?

I did have them powder coated as there was not enough material left on the wheel to machine them again. When I picked them up, they looked great, they're a silver, but now on the car I feel like there is too much of a bluish color to them, so I'm not 100% happy with them. I have a few options:

1. I could have them redone
2. I could plasti-dip them with the new metalizer finish
3. sell them and get an aftermarket set

Right now I'm leaning towards the plastidip as a temporary solution.
