I recently bought a replacement pair of Continental ContiTouring CH95 255/45-18 for 2 of original 4 tires I had purchased from Tire Rack back in '03.
Unfortunately while driving one of those tires was punctured a couple of days ago. I have taken it to a couple of local Continental dealers to have it repaired but have been told that the hole is too big. I understand that these tires came with 12 months or 2/32nds road hazard from Continental. The local dealers will not honor the warranty since I did not buy from them nor do any of them have this particular tire availalbe to them, or so I have been told.
Continental suggested I take the tire to the dealer purchased from. So what can Tire Rack do to assist? Thanks a bunch for your help.
