Goodyear F1 GS-D3 on sale at Tirerack ?

Just bought (from you) a set of F1 from Tirerack this morning. I probably won't need it for another 5-6K mile (2 months), but saw that it came w/ $75 cash back card.
Last time Tirerack had this deal, back log was for weeks. Hopefully I'll get the tires this time to qualify for rebate.
Is $60 for mount/balance/disposal a good deal ? You know better deal in OC, CA ?
How would you rank the F1 against Sport Pilot ? I have not much complain about the Pilot, except for the tremlining. Btw, I'm suprised to get 20K mile of the tires, and there're still treads left ?.
