Question Tire pressure madness

Guys help me please!

I'm getting on the Autobahn and I would like, if the conditions allow, to push my new CLS 450 4matic flat out.
I was just checking my tires and the pressure and I'm a bit confused regarding what's written under filler cap.
I'm running right now on some Y rated Pirelli p zeros run flat, 245/35/20 in the front and 275/30/20 in the back.

this is what is indicated on the filler cap.

Considering we are going to be 2 (large ) adults and quite some luggage, and considering that I'm planning to average 180kmh with tries on the limited 250, should I go with 38 PSI indication or should I consider increasing the pressure by 4.5 PSI as suggested here
https://www.cadillacvclub.com/Resour...r-Pressure.pdf

Also, I checked on the rear tires, it says max pressure 50 PSI. How so that then the MB is indicating me to load them in case of fully loaded car to 51 PSI?

Regarding the wheel nuts, can't find anywhere in the manual the suggested torque for those, so I do keep kind of a standard 130 Nm.

Any suggestions?

I use 150Nm on the wheel bolts for a W166 2017 GLE 350 4MATIC. BMW is 140Nm. Surprised it's not clearly written in the manual.

MB tire pressure is nonsense. I use 50psi on all four tires for best fuel economy and tread life, not many people on this site do this. I am in the US so can't offer suggestions for the autobahn.

Considering the weight of your car I can imagine 50 PSI can be ok. What is the max load indication written on the tires and the tire size?

I is my bad, it was hard to find but I found it and it states 150 Nm.

I don't think they'll come of at 130, but just for the sake of the OCD I'll get them set to 150NM.

Thanks

In anyone is wondering, I went for a 2.9 Bars on all 4 tires.
No issues at the high speed, I managed to drive at 260kmh on the clock, with tires getting at 38 C and rising the pressure at 3.2 bars.
