Squeak from drivers side wheel whilst turning left of right

Hi all,

I have a w205 c class, past 3 months I’ve noticed a squeak whilst turning at low speed. I have read lower ball joint is usually the culprit. So about 3 weeks ago I fitted a new lower control arm but the squeaking is still there. Anyone else had this issue. I did not change upper arm and thinking it may be this, I’ve also read somewhere that it may be the sway bar causing this issue. I hear no knocking just a squeak.

any help would be appreciated.
