Airmatic inclination angle and sensor voltage

Can someone please help me out. I want to understand what the inclination angle does when calibrating the ride level using DAS. Im aware that you should messure the inclination angle on the car after you have changed the ride level. But I want you to understand what the Airmatic uses the value for.

Also, the level sensor voltage, what are the most optimal voltage? Eg. if your right on the edge of the allowed range will that affect the suspension comfort?
