4 new tires; fr deflating every other day
Hey there!
I recently got all 4 tires replaced + A2 for my '18 GLA45 w alignment since it's almost always off each time I get my tires replaced.
Interestingly, my front right tire keeps deflating and has been for the past week (i'm estimating every 2-3 days or so). I called the dealership that serviced the vehicle & full-filled the order (bought off Mbusatire) but they're quite slow & unresponsive.
The earliest appointment they've told me is 2 weeks out but I feel this is quite unprofessional & improper, given that I will still need to use the car for 30mi daily commute & had plans to drive 1000 mi next week.
The tire in question has deflated from 40/38 in the front to 31 & I'm going to guess that it's either a punctured/defective tire or bent wheel.
ideally, i'd want to drop it off at the dealership since they were supposed to order another warranty-covered part for me but it seems like everything was half-assed. windshield wiper fluid light on & AC still smells musky (i believe A2 includes both)
Am I being unreasonable here? What are appropriate steps I can take to remedy this situation as soon as possible?

I’ve had instances with tires where the valve stem was loose and was causing slow leaks…I was able to put tweezers into the valve stem and turn them tight and it fixed the issue. Hopefully this can help, took me forever to figure it out!

Most likely a valve stem, take off the cap and put soapy water on it to see if it bubbles . Any auto parts store can sell you what you need but it might just be loose . Yea the place that tells you to come back in two weeks deserves a real true review.
