Wheel Weights

Is there anyway to check the weight of some wheels listed in Tirerack?

I plan to upgrade from 16-inch stock wheels to 17-inch or 18-inch and I would get to get a set of light but strong wheels.

www.wheelweights.net does not cover all the wheels.

I am just doing research.

The AMG Double Spoke 209 looks great but it's a bit expensive. The 203 is not bad also. Do you have any suggestions?

I am thinking to go either 17-inch or 18-inch for my 2004 CLK320. Since the car has only 215 HP, if the wheels are too heavy, I am concerned that I will feel underpowered.

The 1/16 is an absolute rip-off...it is nothing more than a one peice forged wheel...there are one peice forged wheels that are ALOT cheaper than the 1/16's.....now it is a hot wheel but I could personally never justify the price

A good wheel would be the OZ Superleggera. 18"x9" would be a good choise and about 17-19 lbs I think. And they are not overly costly.
