I read conflicting information about this. My 19" all season run flat tires on my s coupe give me too stiff a ride. They gas door says 33 front, 34 rear. If I do stick with these tires, how do I soften the ride -raise the pressures or lower them? In 45 years of driving, I always thought raising the pressure gave you a stiffer ride. But, some here say otherwise. Any help would be appreciated.
more pressure makes tire less forgiving since when you hit holes in the tire it deforms inward increasing the internal pressure which acts like a spring to "bounce back"
SO with more pressure to start your tire "spring" is stiffer
SO with more pressure to start your tire "spring" is stiffer

I've never read anything positive about run flat tires. MB regards a flat tire event so unimportant and unlikely that G Wagens aren't even equipped with a matching dimension spare tire. Buy a set of conventional tires and be sure you know how to use the jack and lug wrench.
