W219 CLS 63 07¨ hold function dont work after SAM change

W219 CLS 63 07¨ hold function dont work after SAM change
So i got water in my sam module...Change the SAM after i got christmas lights in my dashboard and everything is working again. BUT the HOLD function dont work it says "mercedes hold function not working check user manual(but in swedish)"
When i check in Xentry i get two codes.
47D8 And 5490.
Can anyone help since im stuck with the hold function not working.
if you know how to deactivate or fix it PLEASE i need your help.
