I bought 16" Mille Miglia Cello wheels and 225/50 Michelin Artic Alpins for my 2001 BMW 525 iT a few years ago (from the tire rack). I would like to put the tires on my 1997 E320. will there be any problems with the size? also, what other cars will the MM Cellos wheels fit?

depends on the weather
the OE tire diameter for your car is 25.3" and the tires that you have are 25.0" ... while it is not the "best" idea to use a smaller tire they will meet load capacity requirements and work on your car ....
