brake pulsing

I have a '94 C280 that pulses on light/normal braking. With previous cars, this has always been caused by a warped front brake rotor. I recently changed my front rotors and pads (oem) and nothing changed.

Could a warped rotor on the rear also cause this? Or a bent rim? Also, I recently bought new Dunlop FM901's. Could a problem tire cause this? I don't see any weird wear patternon the tires.

The car otherwise drives just fine. Any suggestions or past experiences?

Thank you.
