Quick question, are the Primacy OEM tires for the w211 asymetric AND directional or just assymetric?

I had a blowout and ordered one from Tire Rack and the customer service is saying it's only asymetric, not directional. I'm looking at the tread design and thinking the side that I'll be mounting on matters. Thanks!

Asymetrical not directional

I don't know wether you guys have different Primacy's than us but mine are definately directional.

I've looked at my Primacy on my C sedan, and realized that although the pattern looks directional, all 4 tires is exactly the same(except width) while the "Pilot Sport" looking tread always inside. So the tires actually is asymetrical but not directional. What a weird design :p

most people are like me, we look at the tread design and assume it's directional and sometimes our assumptions are wrong.
