Tire pressure monitor system active message
I recently had to replace my stock wheels on my 2011 W204, as 3 of the 4 had cracks on the inner rims, discovered when I developed a slow leak in one tire. I had replaced all 4 tpms sensors a year or two ago, and the car picked them up as usual after a few miles of driving. I had the shop transfer the same sensors onto the new aftermarket wheels, and ever since the Tire Pressure Monitor Active message shows up, but will not show individual pressures. I have a set of mounted winter tires, on aftermarket wheels, and I put them on when I received the new wheels for my summer tires. TPMS system picked them up as usual also, and gave individual readings. I'm at a loss as to what to do, it has always picked up the sensors every year when I swap from summer to winter and back. Any advice is greatly appreciated. Also, I searched previous posts already. Thank you.
