Help! Spare tire flew off
Tonight's nightmare: Flat tire on freeway, AAA contractor does not properly change tire. 6 miles later, spare comes flying off vehicle resulting in damage to right rear rotor, body damage to rear panel, probably more. Hopefully rear axle is ok. 450 GLS towed to local dealer.
Welcome advice from anyone who has been through this process and also what to expect in terms or repairs. I gather I will have to file a claim with AAA and their contractor but would like to have repaired ASAP so hopefully they don't need to inspect.

what a mess - feel sorry for ya on this one.
Keep after them is all I can say work with dealer so they will help in your case.
Get dealer to inspect very carefully and make sure they find everything as you would hate to have it repaired and then find something was missed in 3 months after.
