Awesome customer service, Luke!
I just received my winter tires / rims for my new E55 from TireRack yesterday, and there was an issue with the order, so I emailed Luke regarding said issue.
By 9:30 am he was on it!
I don’t know about the rest of you, but I don’t expect the vendors I deal with to be flawless (Although this is my first TireRack issue in 5 sets of tires and 3 sets of rims), I judge them on how they react when there is an issue and TireRack has exceeded my expectations.
